A 3-Day Culinary Experience for Teens Aged 13–18

Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure led by a Red Seal Chef with over 40 years of experience!

Day 1 – Kitchen Confidence & Knife Skills

Safety & sanitation
Basic knife techniques
Simple but delicious lunch creation

Day 2 – Global Flavours

Learn recipes from around the world
Make sauces, pastas, and explore spices
Group-prepared lunch

Day 3 – Sweet Endings & Final Feast

Baking basics: pastry, custards, and cakes
Decorate and present a full meal
   Graduation lunch with certificates
